What’s Happening in March 2022

There’s a lot going on this March — including, hopefully, springtime! (Springtime in Edmonton is pretty great, especially because it means winter is finally over. At least, it’s over until the Victoria Day long weekend, when we know there will for sure be some kind of sudden blizzard.)

For our first Sunday of the month, we will be singing and taking communion together. For those who are interested, there will also be some outdoor coffee/hot chocolate and snacks afterwards. (It’s not quite brunch, but it’s close!). We’ll be meeting at Mount Carmel.

Church is sadly cancelled this week! If anyone wants to join via Zoom, it will be open!

March 20, 2022 @ 11am

We’ll be switching up our typical order of events a bit this month, with Word Sunday happening this week. Nils will be speaking with us about living for eternity!

This will be happening at Mount Carmel Bible College.

For March’s Borrow Sunday, which has been moved to the end of the month, Jay will be leading us through various prayer practices. Lots to pray about these days — hopefully, this will give you some good tools to use. This will be happening at Mount Carmel Bible College.

If you’re interested in reading an interesting book all about prayer, check out C.S. Lewis’s Letters to Malcolm!

As more details unfold about each week, we’ll keep updating this page. Please note that our in-person events will follow any applicable guidelines for COVID-19. If you are interested in joining via Zoom on one of the weeks where this is available, send an email to Jeff at info@peacecommunity.ca.
