What’s Happening in March 2023

March already!? Actually, you can tell. The weather here in Edmonton is still coming and going, still occasionally shocking you with just how cold it can get, but relief is in the air: spring is around the corner.

This month there’s a bunch happening — all events, unless otherwise indicated, take place at Mount Carmel Bible College starting at 11am:

  • Sunday, March 5: This Sunday we’ll be hearing some of the stories of how God has worked in the lives of people in our community. We’ll take communion together afterwards. Sunday School is available for Grades 6 and under.
  • Sunday, March 12: We’ll be worshiping together today. Kids will be upstairs with us (and we’ll make sure we do some fun kids songs too). We’re also going to be taking some time to reflect a bit with gratitude on our sister church in the city, Southview Christian Fellowship.
  • Sunday, March 19: Jay will be preaching today, pointing us towards Easter as he reflects upon Jesus dealing with death. Communion will happen afterwards. Sunday School will be available.
  • Sunday, March 26: This Sunday we’ll be having brunch together! Stay tuned for more info closer to the date.

If you’re interested in being on the email list for more details on what’s happening from week to week, send Jeff a note.
